174.9. Not surprised I gained the two pounds back with the way I ate this last week. I’ll try to do better this week. Plus I missed my workout on Wednesday. Probably do the running week over again next week, just to make sure it’s done right.
Really enjoyed #wwchat last night. Especially since I’m not going to meetings. It’s like having a meeting online.
Also finally figured out that the best way to get myself to do the 100 pushups is just go to the living room as soon as I get out of bed and knock ‘em out. For now though, I’m off to the gym. Doing a little more overtime today, but hopefully not so much next week. I’m wore out.
