Happy new year!
172.7, down 2.5 pounds. Yay! I need to measure myself later today too, I know I’ve lost inches, the pants I bought in November are loose.
The biggest thing I’ve done this week was get back on the exercise. Monday was a hard, hard run, wedensday was easier, and I hope today is easier yet. I also started 100 pushups, again, and so far I’m sticking with it. All this equals a sore me, but a good sore.
I’m wondering if it wouldn’t be better just to give in and plan on eating lunch at the cafeteria at work. I’m just not packing a lunch. And there are some healthy options, like a chicken wrap and a salad bar. I know I can make healthy choices. And I can still bring a yogurt or something. I’m really liking the avocado smoothie I’ve been making for breakfast almost every day.
Yesterday I did give in and have cheetos ’cause of stress. At least I know their 4 points and tracked it. Sometimes I just crave unhealthy crap. I’ve also switched from coffee to green tea. overall I’d say I’m sore, but feeling better. Looking forward to sleeping in on Sunday.
