173.9, so a loss of .9 and 13.3 overall. I think some of that was cause I was sick this week, but I’ll take it. I didn’t work out Wednesday or today, so I’m going to do week 3 of C25k over again next week. I need to make sure I’m bringing my lunch next week. I think I should just fix my lunch the night before and stick it in the fridge, cause I just don’t want to do it in the morning. I also didn’t track much this week.
So, I know what I need to do this next week. Since things are slowing down at the second job I’ll try to post more this week. I miss blogging on here and being plugged in with other bloggers.
