I went in to this weeks weigh in fully expecting a gain. Stress + Tuesdays’ pizza binge + pms. And well, here we go:
Tiny gain of .2 lbs.
Better then a huge gain, but November is kicking my booty. At this point I just want to lose a pound. My goal this month was to reach 170, but I can’t get away from 176. That’s why I started the blog, to help keep me motivated. My weight loss goal for the month was 5 lbs. Well still is. I have 2 1/2 more weeks to get there.
I need to start tracking my measurements too, that might help. Right now I’m just frustrated. I’ll just try to work harder this week.
