Weekly Weigh in 2/25/2011

 

174.2, for a loss of 2.4. I really didn’t do a whole lot this week, but I did work out a couple times and at least cut out most of the fast food. We did order pizza once, but at least I ate an entire small, not a medium. Starting today I’m tracking food again, since I really haven’t been doing that. I work tonight and tomorrow and need to make sure I’m getting my veggies in. Maybe I can do this after all.
